Professional massage therapy in the heart of Cardiff
When was the last time you took some time out for yourself?
For many of us, rushing around from task to task is the norm. There’s always something on the to-do list, and we find ourselves putting everyone else’s needs above our own.
Massage therapy offers the chance to focus on your own wellbeing, even if only for an hour. While you’re on the couch, it’s your time to simply be. To reconnect with your body so you can leave feeling balanced and centred.
My aim is to create a safe and tranquil space where you can take that time to unwind and let daily stress and tension melt away.
Whether you work at a desk and experience tight shoulders, or you’re looking for the chance to quiet your mind, I’ll create a bespoke treatment tailored to your body and needs.
Take a look at the treatments on offer and get booked in.
Where to find me

Swedish massage is a holistic body massage method, and is what many of us envision when we think of a classic massage.
It involves five main techniques that come together to relax, relieve tension, and promote wellbeing:
Effleurage (sweeping and stroking)
Petrissage (kneading)
Tapotement (tapping and striking)
Frictions (deep, very targeted kneading)
Vibration (shaking and trembling)
Whether you're looking for soothing and calming, stress relief, or invigoration, I'll always tailor my massage treatment to your goals, using the techniques that are best for your body and the experience you're after.

Absolutely. Everyone is welcome, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community are safe, affirmed, and celebrated in my massage therapy studio.

The best way to see my availability is to check my Setmore booking system.
Once you’ve found a treatment length and date that works for you, follow the prompts to secure the booking. A 20% deposit is required upfront, with the remainder due directly after your treatment.

I understand that, of course, sometimes cancellations can’t be helped. As a self-employed massage therapist, however, it’s important for me to be able to plan my schedule carefully. If it’s possible, I ask that you provide 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, as this gives me the chance to open up the appointment to another client.
If you can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your appointment, you’ll get a deposit refund.
If you cancel after this time, full payment will still be required.

Unfortunately, my studio is not wheelchair accessible. It is up a couple of flights of external stairs and there is no lift.

You can wear whatever you wish to your massage appointment, though I do recommend comfortable clothing that’s easy to take off and put on.
For the treatment, most people undress to their underpants. However, if you feel more comfortable leaving more layers on, that is absolutely fine. My goal is for you to feel safe and comfortable.
(Please note, underpants must stay on at all times).

Your boundaries will ALWAYS be respected.
Whether you have ticklish feet or simply do not wish contact with certain areas, I will make sure to only work on the body parts you are comfortable with. Please don’t hesitate to say.

Your first treatment with me will include a 15-minute consultation, where we will go through your treatment goals and medical history so I can make sure I tailor my service to help you get the most from it.
This 15 minutes won’t take away from your massage time (so if you book a 60-minute treatment, you’ll still get 60 minutes on the couch!)
For return clients, the consultation time is shorter - we’ll just run through how you’re feeling, what you’d like from today’s treatment, and whether there are any medical updates I need to be aware of.
